Husin Fauzi Farm

This family-friendly farm in the middle of Kuala Selangor is home to more than 40 different animal species and hosts a number of fun events and activities throughout the year. Visitors can pet a variety of animals at the farm, including ponies, cows, goats, and rabbits in the petting zoo. Aside from feeding the animals and riding the horses, kids can also help with the animal care. Archery is another fun and thrilling sport at the farm.

Taman Alam Kuala Selangor

Many different types of plants and animals, including rare bird and butterfly species, can be found in this nature park. There are 156 species of birds, 57 of which have migrated from Siberia and Russia. The best time to go is between September and April, as the park becomes a stopover location for migratory birds.

Storks, mangrove blue flycatchers, kingfishers, and black eagles are just a few of the resident bird species, while migratory birds include purple herons, great eagles, tiger shrikes, arctic shrikes, and many more!

For bird watching, visitors are advised to bring binoculars. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll along the rainforest or mangrove trails and enjoy the tranquil surroundings every day from 9am to 6pm.

Kelip-Kelip Kampung Kuantan

Anyone curious about the fireflies that live in the Kuala Selangor mangroves should make a trip to this popular destination. The ‘pteroptyx tener’ species of firefly may be found in this mangrove, and its lights flash three times per second in unison, putting on quite a light show. Visitors can enjoy a boat trip through the mangroves and take in the stunning light show every day from 7:30pm to 10:30pm.
