When one thinks of sand dunes, normally Africa or the Middle East come to mind, but you can still get the same thrills and spills in Vietnam.

This hostel is a backpacker’s paradise! Arcadia Backpackers is a wild and adventurous riverside waterpark hostel in the village of Snam Brampi. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a twist.

Kampong Sungai Judah is home to the Mah Meri tribe – one of several indigenous ethnic groups on the Malaysian peninsular. The community is gathered today for a special annual occasion and I’m lucky to be there to see it happen.

My favourite moments with mum are when we visited foreign lands, did yoga in Bali, and just had fun. Here are my top five favourite places we’ve visited together:

Whilst backpacking solo through Europe, I randomly chose to visit Slovenia. To be honest, I’d barely even researched Slovenia before visiting the country, but because of that, I was more than pleasantly surprised upon arriving.

Every road in Ladakh has a story to tell and I’m so glad I got to create memories on them. Nestled in the Trans-Himalayas, high-altitude mountain passes, monasteries, and stunning high-altitude lakes are what add to Ladakh’s allure.

When visiting Italy, exploring Venice becomes a must for so many reasons. If you’re short on time, or on a layover, just know that you can appreciate Venice even in just five hours!

Goa is more than a paradise for tourists who love its beautiful beaches, nightlife, cuisine, heritage, and festivals. This western Indian state has more to offer; Goa is a shopper’s paradise too.

According to studies, the Philippines has a new number of islands. It’s increased from 7,100 to 7,641 today! This means you’ll never run out of places to see when visiting this amazing country.

No matter which part of the world you belong to, if you’re a traveller who loves lip-smacking street food, fancies a relaxing massage, or enjoys fine arts and culture, then you won’t want to miss out on Bangkok’s magic.

I’m glad having a kid hasn’t deterred us from exploring the world. With help from family and friends, our first big trip abroad was made much easier and more enjoyable.
