You’ll be pleased to discover that even branded goods can be priced as low as RM1 to RM10–from clothes, watches, belts, and shoes to kitchenware and more. If you’re lucky, a live band may be playing on-site for your listening pleasure.

Our thrift experience at CBS Kota Damansara saw us going home with some good ol’ books and t-shirts. It was a good bargain!

2. Thrifty Weekend, Taman Melawati

This car boot sale beside Caltex in Taman Melawati will fill your weekend with deals, antiques, and collectables. In addition, you can get freshly brewed coffee and baked goods while you browse through some used books.

There are fresh plants and flower booths where you can treat yourself too. From as early as 7am every Saturday, you get the opportunity to connect with the local community and make some friends, besides shopping, of course!

3. Kabut In The Park, Sentul

A unique event with curated themes, Kabut In The Park is set up at KLPAC Sentul on selected dates. At a recent event, Thai street food was the highlight, and these were sold with zero packaging. Visitors were encouraged to bring their own reusable and recyclable containers. What a great way to enjoy the outdoors while being eco-conscious!

You may also bring your picnic supplies and enjoy a morning meal at the park. Don’t forget your sunscreen and umbrella!
