In this kooky gameshow, participants compete against each other as they try their best to complete daunting physical challenges. On the other side of the screen is us cheering them on, giggling at those ‘oops’ moments made by contestants!

2. District 21, Putrajaya
Tucked within IOI City Mall in Putrajaya, District 21 is an obstacle park with a post-apocalyptic theme. From sliding and climbing to tubing and jumping, there are dozens of family-friendly activities to do here. 3. EnerG X Park, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru
Fans were left disappointed when its predecessor EnerZ Park closed permanently, but thanks to the same team, EnerG X Park came about! Suitable for all ages, visitors can gear up for a fun experience by challenging themselves to ninja obstacles, electric go-karting, wall climbing, dodge ball, and more — for only RM48 per person. There are grip socks for sale at the venue but do bring your own if you have a pair.

4. Beast Park, Kuala Lumpur
Unleash your inner beast by conquering this indoor adventure and activity park known as Beast Park. Perfect for adrenaline seekers, the Ninja Beast will have hearts pumping with its nine challenging obstacles. Then there is the Beast Net, where visitors test their limits with a hanging rope course that sits four storeys above ground. Another family-friendly park on the list — and one that’s been around for quite a while — is SuperPark. Originating from Finland, Kuala Lumpur’s outlet spans an impressive 40,000 sq ft with over 20 different activities to choose from. There are also three different sections of the park: Freestyle Hall, Adventure Arena, and Game Arena. There’s also a skate park for you to show off your kickflip or Ollie moves!

6. Camp 5, Petaling Jaya
Probably one of the first indoor parks in Malaysia, Camp 5 is a well-established and much-loved indoor climbing park. Everyone can climb here as different sections cater to varying capabilities. First-timers don’t need to worry as there are well-trained instructors to help you navigate vertically. 7. Jump Street Asia, Petaling Jaya
Probably one of the most well-known indoor trampoline parks, Jump Street Asia comprises 9,000 sq ft of bouncing fun. The Main Court is covered with interconnected trampolines that extends to the walls. You’d have to see it for yourself to believe it! There’s also the fun trampoline dodgeball, which, as the name suggests, is playing dodgeball while bouncing up and down on the trampoline. Located in Wangsa Maju, Madmonkeyz was set up by an outdoor enthusiast who wanted to make climbing easy for beginners and accessible. From skydiving to surfing, it seems as though 1 Utama Shopping Centre has it all! If you don’t have the means to travel to a Malaysian coastal town but still itching to catch some waves, make your way to FlowRider. What was formerly an often-empty car park is now one of Southeast Asia’s biggest indoor karting venues. RM60 will get you a good 10 minutes around the track, which is pretty decent! 12. Blastacars Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur
