The airline, which has resumed foreign flights at pre-pandemic levels, wants to provide passengers with more options and flexibility.
You may now pre-order duty-free items by clicking on the ‘Travelmall’ button before your next flight and have them delivered to your seat in-flight. Travellers can choose from an extensive range of authentic skincare, fragrance, fashion, gadgets, and beverage brands. Visitors to Langkawi can pick up their duty-free purchases at the island’s store or deliver them to their hotel.
Members can earn AirAsia points on all purchases through the airasia Super App, including flights, hotels, and lifestyle offers.
Points can be redeemed for free flights, hotel stays, groceries, and lifestyle deals with exclusive partners.
To support the new feature launch, airasia travelmall has partnered with international and local duty-free retailers such as Heinemann Duty Free, Chocolate Box, Jet.Set.Go, FlamenCo, Delicacies of Malaysia, Sprint-Cass, J&S Duty Free, and more.
App and online users with international flight bookings can enjoy discounts of up to 60% on selected duty-free items and RM80 off their shopping cart with the TMDUTY80 promo code until 30 June 2022.
Customers will also have access to new brands like La Prairie, La Mer, and Tom Ford. There are also new product categories like Health and Wellness and Malaysian Delicacies, in addition to a more convenient shopping experience.
