Luckily for us, we got to sample The Ex Factor — a thoroughly relaxing ritual that starts off with a 15-minute dry brush using POP Neutral’s own brush made with cactus bristles. Be sure to let your Lax.pert (expert masseuse) if things are getting a tad too rough and she’ll tone it down. Personally, we love the feeling of blood rushing to our skin after a good dry brush; and it’s so lush to have someone else do it for you. You do get a discount on the treatment if you bring your own brush, otherwise the one they use is yours to keep!
This opening ritual is also followed by a one-hour full body massage using POP Neutral’s Intense Firming Oil using long, deep strokes to untie all those knots. You’ll also get to inform your Lax.pert of key parts of the body you’d like to focus on to properly de-stress.
Another personal touch we love is how you’re able to control your treatment room’s environment — sight, sound, and smell! Turn the lights high or low, take in delicate room scents of your choice, as you let the blues melt away to either some lo-fi jams, the pitter patter of raindrops, or crashing waves. It’s such a vibe.
