About the Speaker
Priscilla Patrick, Solo Traveller
You may not recognise her face straight away, but the second she speaks, you’ll know her voice instantly. She is Priscilla Patrick, and her friends and former colleagues dub her the Queen of All Highways. Chances are, you’ve heard her telling you what roads to avoid and why. A certified computer programmer, Priscilla’s career in radio began quite by accident, but her expertise in all things related to traffic and road users was by hard work and persistence. A backpacker since her 20s, Priscilla is a walking travelpedia, and the only mode of transport she hasn’t travelled on are space rockets and submarines (but are still on her bucket list).
