Miniature burgers cooked with Japanese Miyazaki A5 wagyu beef, a thin coating of gold leaf, and truffle mayonnaise are served as an amuse-bouche to kick off the evening’s meal. This is followed by a gently grilled Hokkaido scallop with parsnip purée, shaved black truffle, and bottarga foam.

Lobster Ravioli in the shape of a heart is a delicious expression of affection; it’s filling of Canadian lobster and dill goes wonderfully with the pasta’s beetroot sheets, bisque reduction, and crème fraiche.
