Looking to build your core strength? Well, this workshop hosted by Poetry of Movement will let you do just that in a safe and non-judgmental environment as you’re surrounded with women just like you! It’s a unique programme designed to help women perform body weight movement exercises or callisthenics safely and effectively.

Taking place every last weekend of the month, Poetry of Movement is a series of workshops designed to help women who are interested in callisthenics overcome some of the most frequent concerns and challenges they face. And this month, the focus is on your core. For those who want to learn advanced techniques at their own pace with trainers Yin Sinn Yee and Sasa Chian.

This time around, attendees will get to explore proper push-up techniques and look at various push-up variations to help them improve. Only three workshops have been held so far, and they were dedicated to pull-ups, headstands, and cartwheels.

With so much focus being paid to a single skill, you can bet that you’ll come away better and stronger than you were before. So, if you want to nail those push-ups, then now’s your chance. Deets below!

Time: 2pm to 5pm
Where: O-Zone Fitness, No 2, Jalan 51a/225, Seksyen 51a, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
