The River Carnival Parade, the centrepiece of Carnival Magic – Thailand’s first cultural theme park – is a performance inspired by Bangkok’s iconic royal barge procession.

This indoor theatrical parade features a dazzling array of 88 floats adorned with thousands of lights and special effects, as well as over 150 actors – the first of its kind in the world.

One of the highlights is a colossal float that stretches over 70 metres, almost the length of an Airbus A380 aircraft.

To add to the magic, the parade of floats is interspersed with aerial ballet, dance numbers and animatronic displays.

A 50-minute pageant, the River Carnival Parade takes place in the River Palace Paradium, a theatre that boasts one of the largest LED screens in the world.
