For the Lunar New Year, The Living Room at The Westin Kuala Lumpur will offer an auspicious spread as a celebration and way of ushering in good fortune and prosperity. Dishes served as part of the buffet spread symbolise wealth and prosperity, and all are curated by the hotel’s Chinese Chef de Cuisine, David Poh. The highlights include Pot-Roasted Lamb Leg with Mala Spice, Crispy Roasted Smoked Chicken with Spicy Garlic Cucumber, served with Creamy Truffle Sauce and Orange Plum Sauce.
