Ramadan is a holy month for all Muslims, who are required to abstain from food and drink for more than 12 hours a day. Thus, when fasting, it is important to make the most of the two meals permitted each day, notably the first meal at dawn (sahur) and the breaking of the fast after sunset (iftar or buka puasa). Here are some ideas for eating well:

Power pack food for your sahur

When it comes to starting our day, most people like to eat something quick, healthy and delicious that can be made in 10 to 15 minutes. Start your day with the likes of Munchy’s Oat Krunch.
