Acclaimed Parisian perfumer Goutal Paris is celebrating four decades of fragrance with the re-release of a classic from its fragrance archives: Petite Cherie. To make this anniversary even more magical, KENS Apothecary has teamed up with Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur for an exclusive Goutal Paris 40th Anniversary Afternoon Tea Set.
To commemorate the occasion, Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur’s Executive Pastry Chef Fodil Baghal dreamt up an exclusive Afternoon Tea Set infused with the essence of Goutal Paris Fragrance and signatures of Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur’s opulent Afternoon Tea Experience at Altitude.
The centrepiece of this 12-piece afternoon tea set is The Boule Papillon dessert — a palatable replica of the iconic boule papillon perfume decanter. Its taste reveals the characteristic notes of Petite Chérie’s trail — rose and pear, with dashes of vanilla mousse.
