A Cantonese culinary journey, reimagined

Take a journey through the southern provinces of China, through the heart of KL. Shang Palace at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur has unveiled a refined a la carte menu, curated by Executive Chef Keith Yeap, breathing new life into classic Cantonese dishes with inventive Malaysian twists.

Standouts include the Smoked Wagyu Beef Ribs infused with Jasmine Tea, Braised Canadian Wild Rice with Sea Cucumber, and Wok-Fried Lamb Chops with Gui Huang Sauce. Also worth savouring: the Truffle, Foie Gras and Minced Beef Fried Rice, Mekong Freshwater Prawn Noodles, and the playful Silk Lava Shrimp Ball with molten cheese and mango. Vegetarians won’t be left out, with dishes like Sweet & Sour Fresh Garden Mushroom with Lychee and Crispy White Jade Mushrooms in Peppercorn Sauce. The new menu is available daily, during both lunch and dinner hours, from 11th June.
