To celebrate, Hilton Malaysia has just released their mooncake series for the year, Lunar Reunion, which offers a decadent selection in traditional and contemporary flavours.
This year’s national mooncake box design is also a celebration of workmanship and a spectacular centrepiece that pays homage to the full moon. As a symbol of this unity and wholeness, this year’s mooncake box boasts a striking gold embossed circular shape. Inside, four individual cake boxes form a complete circle, symbolising the happy reunion of family members.
Make a lasting impression with a variety of traditional baked mooncake flavours, such as Pure Lotus, White Lotus, Pandan Lotus, Red Bean, and Mixed Nuts. A premium Mid-Autumn Moonrise collection containing distinctive snow skin flavours such as Musang King Durian, White Lotus Paste and Truffle Macadamia, and Amaretto Lotus Paste with Blueberry Cheese Feuillantine is also available for those wanting something unique.
Each Traditional Baked Mooncakes Box Set is priced at RM158 (four pieces) while the Premium Baked Mooncakes Box Set is priced at RM168 (four pieces) and can be found at the following Hilton hotels throughout Malaysia (flavours subject to availability). Finally, box sets of the Heavenly Gold Snow Skin Mooncakes are priced from RM308 onwards.
If you prefer to purchase your mooncakes a la carte, then they are priced from RM35 for the Traditional Baked Mooncakes and RM38 for the Snow Skin Mooncakes.
