Leading the way in innovation, design, and diversity, The Lion City is a hub for global art and cultural festivals, and their 2025 calendar does not disappoint. Here are just a few of the events we are looking forward to.
1. Pop Air: Art is Inflatable
The Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center is host to the Balloon Museum’s newest art exhibition, Pop Air: Art Is Inflatable. The global phenomenon has arrived on Singapore’s shores for its first Southeast Asian exhibition.
Visitors will experience physical and symbolic mediums of air in the form of inflatable installations and interactive artworks. Prepare to ignite your sense of wonder and playfulness from now till 31 August 2025.

2. Gourmaze, The Tasty Treasure Hunt
Looking for a fun way to discover Singapore’s top restaurants and hidden gems? Go on a foodie walking treasure hunt with Gourmaze, a 2 to 3-hour self-guided culinary adventure. Complete with fictional storylines and characters who send riddles and clues to your phone, all you need to do is solve the riddles, find the restaurants, and eat delicious meals.

3. Dear Evan Hansen
Bringing Broadway and West End right to your doorstep, the award-winning musical phenomenon, Dear Evan Hansen, makes its debut at the Sands Theatre in Marina Bay Sands.
The story follows an anxiety-driven high school boy learning the hard way that a lie can only go so far, and that the only way to self-acceptance is through authenticity, honesty, and one self-addressed letter. The show runs from 30 October to 16 November 2025.

4. Iris van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses
The ArtScience Museum presents Iris Van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses. The extraordinary works of the Dutch fashion designer are showcased using nine themes, combining contemporary art, design, sustainability, and science.
On display from now till 10 August 2025, visitors get a glimpse of her visionary creations and unconventional approach to her pieces. Over 140 looks and accessories on display demonstrate the multidisciplinary designer’s fashion as timeless relics and innovative sculptural works of art.

5. Peranakan Reimagined
The vibrant Peranakan culture comes to life at Sentosa Sensoryscape, celebrating music, heritage, fashion, and tradition. See art installations and themed cable car rides. Be mesmerised by beautiful tapestries, traditional craftsmanship, and move to the rhythms of Chinese, Malay, and Portuguese-inspired music. The display is on from now till 31 August 2025. Admission is free.
6. Waterbomb Singapore 2025
Fight off the heat in Singapore’s only water music festival. Returning to the island on 30 and 31 August at Siloso Beach, Sentosa, the festival promises an entertaining lineup, non-stop music, and plenty of festival fun. It is the ultimate summer event for festival and music lovers.

7. We call it Jazz: A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans
You’ll be swaying, grooving, and smiling when you get a taste of New Orleans at We Call It Jazz: A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans. It’s going to be a night of live music at the Zouk Singapore. Spend an evening tapping your feet to soul-soothing tunes.
The setlist includes music like, When The Saints Go Marching In, On The Sunny Side of the Street, Georgie On My Mind, Ain’t Misbehavin’, and more. Dress up and head out for a night of pure joy. You must be at least 18 years old to enter.
