Meriza Rose took the unconventional route of being a serial entrepreneur and started half a dozen ventures in 17 years. After being in her latest start-up, Maideasy, for six years, she decided on a career change to pursue her passion in writing and travelling around Southeast Asia. It was a bumpy ride at first, but she enjoys it and has learned to be comfortable with the unpredictability of being a freelancer. When she’s not at a café writing or reading, she spends her time at the boxing gym working up a sweat.
